It’s nearly 20 years since my gym rat days, pushing iron in back street gyms and feeling the pump. Well now I’m back on the fitness trail,  but this time it’s cardio and circuit.

I’ll be checking out some of the tricks and techniques while I get back in shape, providing you with some of my learnings and reviews along the way. How much has the fitness world changed since the last millennium and can my body still hack it now I’m in my 40s?
